Starting this week, we’re adding a section called "Fresno Fit", where local fitness expert and my personal trainer, Felix Gonzalez, will share tips, workouts, and wellness advice to help us all move, feel, and live better. In other news, rain is finally making its way back to the valley this weekend—great for us, and hopefully a little relief for Los Angeles as they continue to battle devastating fires. Every drop helps, and we’re grateful for it.
