Fresno Engine Kitten Needs a Forever Home 😻

Fresno Engine Kitten Needs a Forever Home

Sometimes the smallest residents of Fresno find themselves in the wildest situations šŸ˜…. One of our teammates was just going about her day when she stumbled upon something unusual—and adorable—that quickly turned into a full-on neighborhood adventure 🐾. Let’s just say it involved a car engine, some unexpected teamwork, and a very tiny surprise 🐱.

Cheryl—our awesome teammate, a friend, and a local real estate agent—had quite the unexpected experience this week.

She was out walking her dogs šŸ• and getting ready to show a house when she heard something strange—a tiny kitten crying from somewhere nearby. After some looking (and listening), she realized the sound was coming from inside a parked car. Yep. Inside the engine.

Turns out, the car belonged to someone at the nearby school šŸ«, so Cheryl marched into the office, got the info she needed, and they tracked down the driver. But even with everyone trying, the kitten wasn’t budging. That’s when the Fresno Fire Department showed up—three young, very capable (and yes, good-looking šŸ˜‰) firefighters.

They used a little air tool to gently blow the kitten out of the engine, and once he hit the ground, they scooped him up safe and sound šŸ™Œ. It was a total team effort, and a total Fresno moment šŸ’›.

Now, this sweet little fluffball below —about four weeks old—is safe, warm, and looking for someone to love him forever. He’s got a big story for such a tiny guy, and we think he’d make a perfect addition to the right home.

If you’re looking for a kitten (or just love a good rescue story), reach out to Cheryl at [email protected] or call/text 559-721-8474.šŸ“žšŸ“© She’s got him for now, but this little engine kitty is ready for his next adventure.

Big thanks to the Fresno Fire Department for being everyday heroes—with big hearts and, apparently, great kitten-wrangling skills.šŸš’šŸ‘
