This pet adoption festival is bringing together 15 local shelters and rescues for one big mission, helping dogs and cats find their “fur-ever” homes 🐾 On May 3, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at ApCal Rock’n Ranch in Madera, expect more than just adoptions with live K-9 demos, expert dog training tips, and plenty of local eats from Fresno Street Eats plus fun treats like kettle corn and mini-donuts. Admission is free (donations encouraged), and every dollar raised including raffle proceeds, goes directly to supporting the rescues. Last year raised over $4,500, and this year’s goal is to beat it in a big way. Just a heads up: leave your own pets at home to keep all adoptable animals safe and healthy.
