Last week’s weather was gorgeous, making me eager for fall to kick in officially. Speaking of fall, Natali has rounded up five fun ways to celebrate its arrival in Fresno. That’s her husband, Brandon, in the picture, by the way. No article from me this week, as I’ve been deep in the trenches working on the backend of this newsletter. Fresno State takes on New Mexico tonight, and the Bulldogs are heavily favored. Let’s hope for another big win! Did you hear about the Federal Reserve dropping rates by 0.50? Unfortunately, that doesn’t directly mean lower mortgage rates—at least not yet. It’s a bit more complicated, but if mortgage rates take a dive, you’ll be the first to know.
