Happy New Years!
The big event this weekend is going to be New Years Eve and whatever your plans are for this weekend, we hope you and your family have an amazing (and safe!) celebration.
Because we also know there might be some healthier eating plans in your future, instead of the usual list of things to do, we’ve got some “alternate” things in mind.
Go For A Hike!
We might have a break in the weather on Sunday and what better way to start the year off right than with a nice Hike! We written quite a lot about local hiking places to explore HERE and we’ve also created an interactive map.
Start Eating Better!
We are literally surrounded by some of the greatest soil in the world. It’s right outside our back door! We’ve also got some of the best growers utilizing that soil. One of the biggest keys to feeling better is eating right, right? So let’s make it a point to get out and get our hands on some of that good stuff.
We’ve compiled a list of the local Farmers Markets and stores in the Fresno and Clovis area and while we were at it, we made an interactive map as well.
In no particular order…
River Park Farmers Market Tuesday (at 5 PM) and Saturday (at 11 AM)
Old Town Clovis Farmers Market Saturday (at 9 AM)
