Introducing SPYN 101

On the second Saturday of every month, we will be hosting a SPYN 101 class at 9:00 am. It's a FREE casual way to ease yourself into the world of SPYN class. In this 45 minute session, you’ll spend 20 minutes getting introduced to the basics and fundamentals. Equipment fitting, basic mechanics, intro to the moves and terminologies, and questions. You’ll then spend 20 minutes participating in an actual class, followed by a 5-minute cooldown and stretch. It’s a great way to see what SPYN is all about and gain the confidence to come back and join a full class! This class is completely free and is open to the public. You can book your seat using the SPYN app. We'll see you tomorrow at 9:00 am for our first SPYN 101.Are you ready to SPYN it?!
