Spooky Trails, Local Highlights, and Must-See Open Houses This Weekend in Fresno

Happy weekend, Fresno and Clovis friends!
With Halloween just around the corner , it's the perfect time to dive into spooky fun with the family. First up… I re-posted our most-read story ever, written by our friend and founder of Weird Fresno, Michael Banti - “The 10 most haunted locations in the Fresno area”.
If you're up for a scare, one of our favorite events is The Clovis Haunted Trail—always a thrilling experience! 👻 You can get all the details here.
On a different note, I was saddened to hear about the closing of McLintocks Saloon in Pismo Beach earlier this week. I have so many fond memories there as a kid—anyone else remember the treasure chest? My friends and I used to get those plastic parachute 🪂 soldiers and toss them from the top floor of the Surf Motel! And who could forget the iconic water-pouring gimmick, where they'd fill your glass from above while standing on a chair? 💦 So many good times.
Our famous Fresno Foodie, Natali has done it again - I’m telling you, she has the pulse of the city when it comes to good food and coffee! This week she brings us a look at Lily’s Kithen. Located in North West Fresno, the pictures look amazing - as do the portions, so bring your appetite! And finally, congratulations to the Fresno State Bulldogs on their win last week! This evening, they take on San Jose State at 5pm—go Dogs! 🏈 it’s homecoming week and a blackout game - it should be a great time!
On the business front, as a friendly reminder, I’m not just your local community cheerleader but also a Realtor with a great team. If you’ve been thinking about selling, I’d love to show you how we do things differently and help you net the most money. If you’re asking yourself, "Is now the right time to sell?"—I get it, it’s a big decision. You can check out my thoughts on that here. 💭
Until next week, enjoy your weekend and all the spooky fun in the air!
Warmly,
Jason
