Membership Questions..
What a week it has been, Spynners. We have heard from many of you- asking questions about your memberships and sending positive vibes our way. We appreciate your support and encouragement. It truly means a lot to us. We are a small business, that just started 6 months ago, so we feel the strain as much as many of you are. We know times are uncertain right now, so one thing that you don't need to worry about is your memberships here at Spyn Cycle. Please see below how your membership will be handled during this time:Month to Month Memberships: All monthly auto pays have been suspended effective 3/17/20. This will cancel any scheduled auto pays and will pro-rate your future membership when we re-activate your membership (aka re-open our doors!)Advanced Pay Memberships: All Advanced pay memberships will be extended out the amount of time we were closed in order to compensate. Class Packs: All Class Pack purchases will be extended out the amount of time we were closed to ensure your pack does not expire without the adequate time to use it. Intro Offers: All Intro offers that had been started or were purchased will be honored and extended accordingly. We are diligently working to provide at-home workouts for you, right from our instructors and accessible from our website. Stay tuned for an email with more information on how to access these videos. We will also continue to post home workout tips on our Instagram and Facebook Stories - we hope you find them useful!We hope you stay well physically and mentally during this difficult time.
