Friendsgiving at SPYN

Thanksgiving is a time for friends, family, and even complete strangers to come together and give thanks for all of the good things that we have in our lives. 

There’s an old saying that says that a burden shared is halved, but a joy shared is doubled. I like to think that exercise is a bit of both! When you have a workout friend, you split the burden of exercise in half because you have someone to help hold you accountable, and you double the joy of exercise because you have someone to celebrate your accomplishments with.

At SPYN, we consider ALL of you to be our family, and we want you to share the gift of fitness with your friends. So, for this Friends-giving, we want you to bring a friend to SPYN with you! Starting on Monday 18th - 30th, you get to bring a friend in with you to ALL classes for FREE! Not only that, if you bring a friend in, you’ll both be entered into the friends-giving raffle where one set of friends will both get a FREE month subscription!!

Another thing that we’re thankful for is each of our staff members and instructors. One, in particular, Kelly is turning 40 this month! She has had two goals for her 40th. One was to run 40 half marathons by 40 (which she is only 1 away!!) and the other is to have all of her friends donate 40 pints of blood to save as many lives as possible! FresYes' 5th Annual Blood Drive

Join our friends at FresYes Realty for their 5th annual blood drive happening Saturday November 16th from 1pm - 4pm. A few of your favorite SPYN instructors will be there with our bikes and every person who donates is entered into a raffle for some great local prizes.
