SPYN - October 16th

Find Your Fire

Now is the time to reduce the risk

Physical health is the best defense against breast cancer. Regular exercise is an important part of being as healthy as you can be. More and more research is showing that exercise can reduce the risk of breast cancer coming back (recurrence) if you've been diagnosed, as well as reducing the risk of developing breast cancer.

SPYN is proud to be a part of your healthy journey by doing what we do, providing you with a safe, low-impact, judgment-free, highly effective workout!

Also, we would love to have you all come out to our “Rides for Strides” charity event on Saturday, October 19th. We have rides at 8 am and 9 am, and a special “master class” ride (open to the public) at 5:30 pm taught by guest instructor Lisa aka SoundRide from Grit Cycle in Costa Mesa. The charity rides are free for our members to attend, and we encourage you to donate to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer while at the event.

Read this story "Spinning Saved My Life" to hear about how Mary Dolbashian used her passion for spinning to help her beat cancer.
