Despite being a bit pressed for words this week—racing across town for a meeting with one of our diligent home sellers, who is about to hand over the keys to a new homeowner—I couldn't be more excited to share this moment with you. It's a significant milestone, and I want to extend a big congratulations to everyone involved. Being part of these new chapters in people's lives is not just a job; it's a joy and a privilege.

Turning our focus to the local scene, did any of you make it to the World Ag Expo this year? It's always an enlightening experience, showcasing the heart and soul of our agricultural community.
