What’s on your agenda this bright and sunny Saturday in June? If you want a place to cool off, we’ve covered you with our annual “Where to Swim & Cool off in Fresno” post. Yesterday in our “Hot & Happening” newsletter, we shared a few ideas for those who are up for exploring.
For me, I’m going to spend some quality time with my son. I will teach him how to change the oil in his truck; then it’s lunch in the back of Sierra Vista Mall… courtesy of Fresno Street Eats; there are over ten food trucks to choose from. And finally, we will check out Flash (the movie). I can’t think of a better way to spend a Saturday, a great Father's Day weekend treat for me.
Happy Father's Day to all you Dads out there (and also to those moms who had to fill that role for whatever reason… we love you too!).

Pondering a perfect pour, I peruse the pub's plethora of pints, pausing to pick a particularly pleasing brew. The pungent aroma of hops permeates the air as the bartender pulls me a pint. With a playful plop, the pint is presented to me, its perfectly proportioned body promising a palatable potable. I take a tentative sip, and am pleased to find the flavor pleasantly potent. In fact, it's positively perfect! I propose a toast to the pub's proprietor for procuring such a preeminent pint. Presenting... The FresYes Pint Glass!
