Did anyone else feel relieved during that unexpected brief shower and cooler weather we experienced yesterday? It was indeed a welcome surprise in the midst of our usual heat!

Speaking of surprises, we're on the cusp of a new school year, and I know many parents and kids are busy gearing up for the exciting journey ahead. Good luck to all the moms, dads, and little ones shuffling off to school next week! The latter half of this week has proven challenging for us Realtors, as our local Multiple Listing Service has been out of commission due to a cyber attack targeting the hosting company, Rapattoni. This hiccup has certainly made pricing homes and market predictions tougher than usual. Fingers crossed that everything will be back up and running smoothly by the time you're reading this!

On a personal note, I'm thrilled to announce a new listing that's about to hit the market—a stunning four-bedroom, three-bath home just north of Fresno State.
