Can we talk about the weather for a minute? I mean, only 80 degrees on Friday and a mild 84 today—can you believe it? It's perfect weather to get outside and tackle something from our Hot & Happening list or just spend some time in the yard. I personally find yard work so therapeutic!

Speaking of classics, when’s the last time you visited Dog House Grill? They’ve been serving up their legendary dishes for 20 years now! We first featured them in 2015, but I can’t get over how they continue to be a valley favorite. Time flies when you’re enjoying great food!

And for all you Pumpkin Spice lovers, is it just me, or does it seem like the whole world gets together in a secret meeting to launch their products earlier every year? Starbucks is already at it, and even my favorite supplement company, 1st Phorm, just released their seasonal flavors. I walked into the grocery store yesterday and what do you know, bins of pumpkins everywhere. It’s officially that time of year!

In real estate news, everyone’s buzzing about the falling interest rates—finally, right? More on that next week.
