The TOUR DE SPYN is here!

The Grand Départ is tomorrow and we are kicking off the Tour with RACE DAY theme rides all day!

What is the TOUR DE SPYN?

It is a 100-mile challenge spanning over 16 days. The goal is to ride as many miles as possible during each class. After class, you'll track your distance on the leaderboard to see where you are in the pack. Everyone who completes 100 miles in the 16 days wins a limited edition FINISHERS t-shirt!

SPYN with James

Many of you have ridden with our incredible instructor James. It is bittersweet that we announce this is James' final week with SPYN Cycle Studio. James has been recruited and accepted a position as a founding instructor with a cycle studio out of the area. We are so proud of him but will definitely miss him around the studio. You can ride with James this week for his departure rides on

Tuesday at 6:30 PM and Friday at 5:30 PM!
