ALTZFit is a team duo (Amy Litman and Tisha Zafferano, hence the name ALTZ). They have had a passion for fitness and specifically rebounding, for its attractive benefits such as: no impact, lymphatic drainage, and high cardiovascular output that can be done by all ages and fitness levels. The rebounder (fitness trampoline) is the new “home treadmill” for the 2020s! ALTZFit has created digital rebounding workout videos during quarantine to keep people moving, but have received such overwhelmingly positive feedback that they will be continuing weekly videos even after the quarantine is over. Try it out for free with the video above! And that's a wrap!! For the past three weeks, we’ve been hosting a super fun photography Car Scavenger Hunt that gets families out of their homes and into our awesome City for some free and easy entertainment. It has been SO MUCH FUN for us to see all the photos, everyone’s smiling faces and glimpses of our city through lenses other than our own. Did you miss out on the fun? No need to worry!
