Throw On Something Green, The City’s Celebrating 🍀

March 13-15: FresYes has some great things for you to do!

In partnership with

Hey Fresyes fam!

There’s a lot happening around town this week - live music, community gatherings, food events, and plenty of reasons to get out and enjoy the city. If you’ve been looking for something active (and a little festive) to add to your weekend plans, this next event might be the perfect excuse to throw on some green and join the fun.

The St. Paddy’s Day Run at Woodward Park is bringing the energy this Sunday with a lively mix of runners, walkers, and plenty of Irish spirit. 🍀 Participants can take on the Shamrock 4-Mile Run/Walk or the Green 2-Miler, with festive vibes, music, and a sea of green taking over the park. It’s the kind of event where serious runners, casual walkers, and families all show up together for the fun. Expect themed gear, cheerful crowds, and a festive finish-line atmosphere that feels more like a celebration than a race. And for participants 21 and over, the post-race festivities even include a celebratory green beer because it wouldn’t be St. Paddy’s weekend without it. 🏃‍♂️🍻 Whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply soaking in the lively energy, it’s a great way to kick off a festive day in Fresno.
